This space has been created with love. Currently based in the Netherlands, it is the best Feel-Good, Safe, and Inspiring community for expat women to design and grow the life they always wanted.

We intend to inspire you to elevate yourself while living abroad. So if you intentionally want to live a fulfilled life, feel more connected with your inner self, but also share beautiful human experiences with quality people, you are in the right place!
Our passion for growth and connection drives us to curate inspirational content, helping you build a strong core foundation and confidently reinvent yourself abroad.
You will feel inspired and empowered by the refreshing interviews about expat life. The conversations ("From an expat woman to another" series) with hand-picked expat women are an authentic reflection of their personal experiences. Some of them took the courage to create their business abroad. We turned the spotlight on the realization of their life project and celebrated their achievement ("Made By Expat With Love" series).
Finally, we will have the opportunity to connect in real life with other like-minded women. Together, we will cultivate meaningful connections and experiences.

Meet the creator
Hélène
Golden Heart is the community I wish I always had when living abroad. It was created from my heart in 2017. Today, it's the expression of my true self and how I want to see, feel, and experience the community and world around me: CONNECTED, INSPIRED, and always GROWING toward the best version of ourselves wherever we are.
In my free time, the early bird in me allows me to work out in the morning. If I'm not listening to a podcast, you will see me: smiling (some people say laughing 💁♀️), intentionally taking care of my well-being, cooking or enjoying food while traveling, maybe embracing life on beautiful islands, playing board games, or crafting something special.
You will also see me here and there online (I've chosen to put the spotlight on other amazing expat women. This community is all about lifting each other! 😉), but you will have a higher chance to see me in person during one of our events 😁
